What is RPL?

RPL stands for Recognition of Prior Learning. It is the acknowledgement of a person’s skills and knowledge acquired through previous training, including Naruna transformative programs, as well as work and life experience. A qualification gained this way is often better than a qualification gained from studying. There is no additional coursework or study, you submit documents you have created at work, in the training, and use in the workplace.
