RETREATS

PRE-RETREAT INTERVIEW AND PROCESS

We invite leaders who are prepared to dive deep into their world of discovery.
We will conduct an interview to determine your suitability to the retreat and once both parties are clear on purpose, we begin the journey with the world-renowned Psychometric Personality Assessment called Hogan, exploring day to day personality, Bright Side, possible derailers to performance Dark Side, and Motives, Values and preferences.
There is no right or wrong, simply seeing clearly where your strengths are, what you need to keep doing, opportunities for enhancement, and what possible behaviours can get in the way in times of stress and challenge.

A breakthrough feedback session will launch you into creating, with coaching support, the professional development plan that benefits you, your team, and the business.

You will also receive relevant reading material and resources to stimulate thought and bring meaning to the transformational experience.

You will feel excited coming to the retreat prepared, open to share and launch into the world of real, lasting change.

We start by assessing your everyday behavior, in your comfort zones, when we are self-aware. Our experts will analyze how you are being perceived by others. We will determine the behaviors that you overuse under stress, during a fight or flight situation. Once we’ve finished, we will generate a report that will identify your true leadership potential.

Come to the retreat informed, excited and ready for change.

RETREAT OVERVIEW

Each of our country retreats has been chosen connecting you to an environment of choice.
Myanmar…Remote and Natural Living
Living in a grounded, down-to-earth manner is often misunderstood as primitive and basic. When we see villagers relying on Inle Lake, we should see that they are constantly adapting and growing. Their livelihood depends on them being flexible and still pushing ahead to achieve the best outcomes.
In this retreat, we will connect with the strong sense of adapting, and align this to our own growth.

RETREAT FLOW

Each country location follows the proven accelerated transformation process
for maximum growth. Activities at each location are unique to that environment.

DAY 1

Day one is all about connecting to the environment, the people and settling in allowing you to feel rested, excited, and powered up for the following days ahead. Highlights: Rejuvenating massage, pre-dinner interaction with other participants, delicious and healthy dinner to fuel the mind, body and soul and as always, a surprise activity to ignite the senses.

DAY 2

Day two is about who you are so we jump-start your day with an early morning jog in nature or walk whatever you prefer. Freshen up for a healthy breakfast then it is time to launch into the world of possibilities, sharing, connecting, insights and commitments. Reflection is a key ingredient of your journey and this comes in, well let’s say, interesting ways. Afternoon activity will help cement the experience and an evening of reflection will solidify the moment.

DAY 3

Day three is all about how you behave, what needs to change, and how to go about the change. This day is about getting to the core of who you are, how you behave, what you need to keep doing, stop doing and start doing more of, getting input and ideas from others and committing to the plan. We celebrate with an evening campfire, music, and fun interaction. Again, there is always that surprise activity waiting around the corner for those games enough to try.

DAY 4

Once again time to get on the move, start where we began, jog or walk in nature, freshen up, breakfast and come together to share your experience. The retreat facilitator will share what happens next. Your journey doesn’t stop here, post-retreat you will have a one to one catch up call with the founder and lead facilitator Bruce Hancock, monitoring your development progress, and invited to join the Naruna network, receive ongoing development resources and invites to our yearly Leader Extravaganza where leaders come together, connect, have fun, be inspired, and celebrate success in a creative and wow way.
